Hoffa appoints Local 70 M. Frates

Chuck Mack's Teamster Local 70 Business Agent Marty Frates has been
appointed to the "UPS National Grievance Panel" by Teamster President
James P. Hoffa. Mr. Frates is the Business agent that handled, No more
appropriately mishandled Randy's Grievance that lost Randy's Job. Very
Interesting! This puts Mr. Frates in the category of only a few esteemed
individuals who are the leading experts in the UPS grievance Process in
the United States.

Who else could Hoffa appoint, Dane Passo ? He dosen't know anyone that
is competent or educated. He promised more jobs than the IBT has. He
surrounded himself with every mental midget "Wanna Be" "No Working"
Loud Mouth, born follower in the entire IBT. The only thing the "Hoffaites"
are well versed in is the abuse of "Workmans Compensation" and living off
the general fund of their respective local. It's sad, but just give it time, this
will all blow up in James Hoffa's face. Day by day everyone is finding out
for themselves, just having the "name" dosen't cut it.

Unless I'm mistaken, aren't you the guy who was off of work claiming a
worker's comp. injury , but working all the time in your own business? Last
time I heard, fraud is a felony. Seems like Marty saved your ass from going
to jail. It's guys like you, that cheat, lie, and steal from the company, that
make it bad for the rest of us. When you can't use the Union to do your dirty
work, than the Union is not doing it's job. By the way, since Marty never
met a grievance he didn't like, you must really be a loser.

Dear JUST A TEAMSTER,

You are mistaken, Randy's injury was a result of an auto accident not
related to work. No worker's comp. can be filed in Randy's situation, nor
was there.

You stated, "By the way, since Marty never met a grievance he didn't like,
you must really be a loser".

If you mean by this statement that Mr. Frates is capable of handling a
grievance in a proper and aggressive manner we are in agreement.

i have seen your messages on the net on many occasions but have been
reluctant to take a look at it. i knew when i seen this olson story that there
had to be more to it than just some member not being fairly represented ,,
and i was right it is just all politics by this olson guy and local 70. it seems
to me that local 70 aND chuck mack and the agent did everything they
could do for the man. sounds like mr.olson is just another tdu puppet crying
over sour grapes. hey olson let it go and get a job i bet your staying at
home collecting unemployment aren't you????? get out in the real world
and get a job. maybe ups wasn't so bad after all was it??? i bet you can't
find another job making the money you did at ups!! i believe all your
bellyaching is making us hard working TEAMSTERS SICK!!!! go cry to tdu
paff needs someone to carry his lunchbox. anyone ever tell you look like
denis skelton,, another has been,,,,

I have carefully read your comment as I do all. I look to glean some well
thought out constructive meaning from each post. All that I find in your
comment is anger and belligerence. Nay, I am wrong, there is one point and
only one that is relevant. That is and I quote," it is just all politics by this
Olson guy and local 70". The politics involved was not by Randy's choice.

All in all you seem to be a very unhappy person. May the force be with you!

Sounds like a good appointment to me. In the West Local 70 has the
reputation of being the most militant of Locals. The BAs are all elected and
the flakes don't get elected or don't last very long. Frates is the senior
agent there so he must be doing something right. Chuck Mack is probably
the most recognized national Teamster leader besides Hoffa with a
personal reputation nationally for forthright represntation. You want us to
believe your crap that both Mack and Frates failed to represent Olson?
Give us a break and slime back to the tdu site from where you came. Olson
ran for office at Local 70 and was rejected by a ridiculous margin, he
probably used the same picture on his campaign material that you keep
posting, or are you and Olson one and the same. T.Force

I agree with you on certain issues.

After reading all of the postings about Randy and the alleged injsutice done
to him - I have to be suspect of another Nicholas Johnson scheme. It would
behove Marty to refresh his memory on the Nicholas Johnson issue (LU
710).
